For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
2.1 By accessing the ck333 Platform, registering an Account, or using any Gaming Product or financial service offered through ck333, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.
2.2 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ck333 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter hereof.
2.3 If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease accessing or using the ck333 Platform and must not register an Account. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions.
Important: These Terms are a binding legal agreement. ck333 strongly recommends that you read the full document before creating an Account and before making any deposit or wager on the Platform.
3.1 Minimum Age. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register an Account on ck333 or to use any Gaming Product or financial service offered through the Platform. This minimum age requirement is absolute and applies to all users without exception.
3.2 Age Verification. ck333 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age from any Player at any time, including but not limited to during the registration process, at the time of any withdrawal request, or at any point during account operation. Acceptable forms of identification include national identity cards, passports, and driving licences issued by the Government of Pakistan or other recognised governmental authorities.
3.3 Suspension Pending Verification. ck333 may suspend or restrict a Player's Account, including the ability to make withdrawals, pending satisfactory completion of age and identity verification. A Player whose Account is suspended pending verification has no claim against ck333 for any loss or inconvenience arising from such suspension.
3.4 Underage Accounts. If at any time ck333 determines or has reasonable grounds to believe that an Account is held by a person under 21 years of age, that Account will be closed immediately. Any Real Money Balance deposited by an underage user will be returned; however, any Bonus Balance and any winnings generated while the Account was active may be forfeited entirely. ck333 will also report such incidents to the appropriate regulatory authorities where required by law.

3.5 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their access to and use of the ck333 Platform complies with the laws of their jurisdiction. ck333 does not represent that access to the Platform is legal in all jurisdictions. You must not use ck333 if doing so is prohibited under the laws of your country, province, state, or territory of residence.
4.1 Single Account Policy. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the ck333 Platform. The registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different identity information — is strictly prohibited. ck333 reserves the right to close all accounts held by the same individual and to void any winnings generated across those accounts upon discovering a violation of this policy.
4.2 Accuracy of Information. You are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to maintain the accuracy of your Account details at all times thereafter. ck333 is entitled to rely on the information provided by Players and accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate or incomplete account information provided by a Player.
4.3 Account Name. Your ck333 Account must be registered in your own legal name. Accounts may not be registered in a fictitious name, an alias, or in the name of another person. ck333 does not permit the transfer of Accounts between individuals.
4.4 Identity Verification (KYC). ck333 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme as part of its compliance with anti-money laundering obligations. Players may be required to submit identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any stage of their relationship with ck333. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account restriction or closure.
4.5 Account Closure by Player. A Player may request closure of their ck333 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method, subject to the completion of any pending verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigations.
5.1 Credential Confidentiality. Your ck333 Account login credentials — including your registered mobile number and password — are personal to you and must be kept strictly confidential at all times. You must not share your credentials with any third party, including family members or friends.
5.2 Player Responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your ck333 Account, whether or not such activity was authorised by you. ck333 will treat all transactions and gaming activity conducted through your Account as authorised unless and until you notify us of a security breach.
5.3 Security Breach Notification. If you believe that your ck333 Account credentials have been compromised, or that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact ck333 customer support immediately via the live chat function. ck333 will take appropriate steps to secure your Account upon receiving notice of a suspected breach.
5.4 ck333 Security Measures. ck333 employs industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data transmitted through the Platform. However, ck333 does not guarantee that the Platform will be entirely free from security vulnerabilities, and makes no representations to that effect beyond the measures actually in place.
ck333 accepts deposits via the following methods: EasyPaisa, JazzCash, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, and Meezan Bank transfer. All deposits are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs. 500. ck333 does not charge any fee on deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply their own transaction charges for which ck333 accepts no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests must be made to a payment method registered in your own name and previously used to make a deposit, where applicable. ck333 processes withdrawal requests to EasyPaisa and JazzCash wallets within five (5) minutes for standard requests. Bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank may take up to one (1) business day to process. Processing times may be extended if an Account is undergoing KYC verification.
ck333 reserves the right to require identity and payment verification before processing any withdrawal request. Verification requirements may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method to which funds are being sent. Withdrawal requests will not be processed until all required verification documentation has been reviewed and accepted by ck333.
ck333 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal request if: (a) the Account has not satisfied applicable KYC requirements; (b) there is a pending investigation into the Account; (c) the withdrawal relates to funds that are subject to an active wagering requirement; or (d) ck333 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of these Terms.
Reminder: Bonus Balance and any winnings derived exclusively from Bonus Balance cannot be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active wagering requirement may result in the forfeiture of the entire Bonus Balance and associated winnings.
7.1 ck333 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible Players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and referral rewards. The availability, terms, and eligibility criteria for each promotion are set out in the specific terms applicable to that promotion, which are available in your ck333 Account after login.
7.2 Wagering Requirements. All bonuses issued by ck333 are subject to wagering requirements unless expressly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion terms. The specific wagering requirement applicable to any bonus is displayed in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is claimed. Winnings derived from bonus play cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been satisfied in full.
7.3 Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered Players only. ck333 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion. Players who hold multiple Accounts, who have previously abused bonus terms, or who are identified as engaging in bonus abuse activity may be excluded from promotions without notice.
7.4 Bonus Abuse. Actions that ck333 considers to constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: claiming the same bonus multiple times through multiple accounts; placing low-risk or hedge bets with the primary purpose of satisfying wagering requirements rather than genuine play; using automated systems to wager bonus credits; and any other strategy designed to circumvent the purpose of promotional offers. ck333 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings and to close the Account of any Player found to be engaging in bonus abuse.
7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses issued by ck333 are subject to expiry dates as specified in the applicable promotion terms. Unclaimed or partially wagered bonuses that pass their expiry date will be removed from the Player's Account automatically without further notice.
7.6 Modification or Withdrawal of Promotions. ck333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a Player, the terms applicable at the time of acceptance will continue to govern that specific promotion.
8.1 Certified RNG. All casino games offered on the ck333 Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems to determine game outcomes. RNG systems are regularly audited by independent third-party testing agencies to confirm that outcomes are random, unbiased, and not subject to manipulation by ck333 or any third party.
8.2 Game-Specific Rules. Each game available on ck333 is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the game-specific rules explicitly state otherwise.
8.3 Technical Malfunctions. ck333 accepts no liability for any loss arising from technical malfunctions, system outages, connectivity failures, or any interruption to gameplay caused by circumstances beyond ck333's reasonable control. In the event of a technical malfunction that affects game outcomes, ck333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and refund the corresponding stakes to the Player's Account.
8.4 Bet Settlement. All bets placed on the ck333 Platform, including cricket betting and live casino wagers, are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant event or game round. ck333's settlement decisions are final in the absence of a demonstrable error. Disputes regarding settlement may be raised with ck333 customer support within seven (7) days of the original settlement date.
8.5 Cricket Betting Specifics. Cricket betting markets on ck333, including PSL and international matches, are governed by the sports betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform. ck333 reserves the right to suspend betting markets, void bets, or delay settlement in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, suspension of play, ambiguity regarding official results, or investigation of match-fixing allegations by governing bodies.
9.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck333 Platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension and may result in permanent Account closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

10.3 The minimum age for all ck333 accounts is 21 years. ck333 does not permit gambling by minors and actively works to prevent underage access to the Platform.
11.1 All content, software, design elements, trademarks, logos, game interfaces, and other intellectual property displayed on or accessible through the ck333 Platform are the property of ck333 or its licensed suppliers and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ck333 Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include any right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works of, or commercially exploit any content or element of the Platform.
11.3 Any unauthorised use of ck333's intellectual property, including but not limited to scraping, data mining, or reproduction of game content, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
12.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ck333 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunities.
12.2 ck333's total liability to any Player in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
12.3 ck333 does not warrant that the Platform will be available on an uninterrupted or error-free basis, and accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime or service interruptions caused by circumstances outside ck333's reasonable control, including but not limited to telecommunications failures, third-party payment provider outages, or force majeure events.
Gambling involves financial risk. ck333 does not guarantee that any Player will win money on the Platform. All gaming outcomes are determined by chance. Players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. ck333 encourages all Players to gamble responsibly.
13.1 ck333 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is published separately on the Platform at ck333.lol/privacy-policy and forms part of these Terms by reference.
13.2 By registering an Account on ck333, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. You acknowledge that ck333 may be required to share certain personal data with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and fraud prevention services as part of its legal and operational obligations.
14.1 ck333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ck333 will provide registered Players with reasonable prior notice via email or in-Platform notification.
14.2 The date on which any revision to these Terms takes effect will be displayed at the top of this document. Your continued use of the ck333 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
15.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ck333 is licensed to operate. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the ck333 Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the applicable licensing jurisdiction.
15.2 Complaint Process. Any Player who has a complaint regarding the ck333 Platform or any decision made by ck333 in relation to their Account should first contact ck333 customer support via the live chat function. ck333 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to resolve disputes within seven (7) business days.
